Delight in these cheesy, herb-infused garlic bombs that are perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (about 16 oz)

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, herbs, garlic powder, and mozzarella. Set aside.
  • Flatten biscuits, add cheese mixture, seal edges.
  • Place on baking sheet, brush with garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs or cheese before baking.
