Instructions
Warm milk to 115°F, then stir in oats, yeast, and honey. Rest 5 minutes.
Mix in melted butter, then gradually add flours, flaxseed, and salt. Form dough.
Incorporate seeds, knead for 10 minutes, then shape into a ball and let rise 90 minutes.
Shape into an 8-inch log, place in greased loaf pan, and let rise 60-90 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle seeds, and bake 35-40 minutes. Cool before slicing.
