A refreshing and nutritious smoothie combining berries, coconut, and chia seeds for a perfect start to your day.
Ingredients
Canned Coconut Milk

canned coconut milk

Chia Seeds

Bob's Red Mill chia seeds
Mixed Frozen Berries

mixed frozen berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
Coconut Flakes

Bob's Red Mill coconut flakes, toasted or untoasted
Organic Maple Syrup

Ice Cubes

ice cubes (if using fresh berries)
Instructions
(Optional) Mix chia seeds with 3 tbsp coconut milk and soak for 20 mins.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Use ice cubes if using fresh berries for a colder smoothie.
