A refreshing and nutritious smoothie combining berries, coconut, and chia seeds for a perfect start to your day.

Ingredients

Canned Coconut Milk

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons canned coconut milk

Chia Seeds

  • 1 tablespoon Bob's Red Mill chia seeds

Mixed Frozen Berries

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Coconut Flakes

  • 1 tablespoon Bob's Red Mill coconut flakes, toasted or untoasted

Organic Maple Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup (optional)

Ice Cubes

  • as needed ice cubes (if using fresh berries)

Instructions 

  • (Optional) Mix chia seeds with 3 tbsp coconut milk and soak for 20 mins.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Use ice cubes if using fresh berries for a colder smoothie.
