These savory veggie pizza bites are perfect for a quick snack or appetizer, combining creamy dip with fresh vegetables in a fun muffin tin presentation.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 roll refrigerated crescent rolls

Filling

  • 1 pkg cream cheese - softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 pkt ranch dressing mix

Veggies

  • 0.25 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped cauliflower
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped red & green bell peppers

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Unroll crescent dough and press into muffin cups. Bake 6-8 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch mix until smooth.
  • Scoop dip into each muffin cup and top with chopped veggies. Serve immediately.

Use fresh vegetables for best flavor and crunch.
