Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Whisk dry ingredients together. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

Pour batter into pan. Bake 60–70 minutes, covering if needed.
Cool 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
