A creamy and refreshing smoothie combining peaches, vanilla, and protein for a quick, nutritious treat.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup milk (unsweetened almond milk)

Fruit

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

Dairy

  • 1/3 cup yogurt (vanilla or plain)

Seeds & Protein

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional, can also use flaxseed)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until creamy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute fresh peaches for frozen for a different texture.
