A silky vanilla panna cotta topped with a vibrant berry compote, perfect for a elegant dessert.
Ingredients

whole milk

heavy cream

granulated sugar

powdered gelatin
1 vanilla bean
vanilla bean (seeds scraped)

Berry Compote
Mixed Berry Compote (for topping)
Instructions
Spray ramekins with cooking spray and wipe out excess.
Warm milk in a saucepan, sprinkle gelatin, and let sit 5 minutes.
Gently heat until gelatin dissolves, then stir in sugar and heat briefly.
Remove from heat, whisk in cream, vanilla, and salt. Pour into ramekins and chill until set.
Serve chilled with berry compote on top.
Notes
For best results, chill the panna cotta at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
