A rich, gooey brownie baked in a skillet for a decadent treat. Perfect for sharing and customizable with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients

semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided

Instructions
In a saucepan, melt butter, oil, chocolate, and sugar, stirring until smooth (~5 min). Cool for 5 min.
Whisk eggs and vanilla into the cooled chocolate mixture.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until combined. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased 10-inch skillet. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 30–36 min until edges are set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool for 5 min and serve warm.
Notes
For extra gooeyness, underbake slightly and serve with ice cream or toppings.
