Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions; let rest and fluff.
Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper. Prepare garlic butter sauce by melting butter and whisking in garlic, soy, honey, and lemon.
Heat oil in skillet, sear salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, flip, then baste with garlic butter. Cook until done.
Divide rice into bowls, top with salmon, drizzle with remaining garlic butter sauce, and add optional toppings.
