A delicious and easy turkey sub sandwich perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 piece Oval sub bread
  • 2 oz Oven-roasted turkey
  • 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 slices Tomato (Optional)
  • 2 leaves Green lettuce leaves

Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise (Mustard optional)

Instructions 

  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on each half of the bread.
  • Layer lettuce, turkey, cheese, and tomato on the bottom half.
  • Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
  • Serve immediately or wrap for later.

Notes

You can add more vegetables or condiments to customize your sandwich.
