Instructions
Sauté onion, celery, and carrots in butter for 5 minutes.
Add garlic, Worcestershire, hot sauce, bay leaf, and seasonings; cook for 1 minute.
Pour in broth, add turkey, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook pasta separately until al dente, then drain.
Serve soup ladled over pasta, garnished as desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a Parmesan rind or turkey bones during simmering.
