Ingredients

  • 4 cups Turkey Breast (chopped or shredded)
  • 1 rib Celery (diced)
  • 2-3 green onions Green Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine turkey, celery, green onions, cranberries, walnuts, mayonnaise, vinegar, and parsley in a large bowl.
  • Gently fold until well mixed.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
