Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Stir in flour, then gradually add chicken broth, half and half, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
Mix in cooked turkey and frozen peas and carrots. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
Arrange biscuits on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade broth and fresh herbs if available.
