A hearty and cheesy casserole combining tender turkey and mushrooms, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

chopped cooked turkey breast

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). No greasing needed.
Microwave mushrooms until tender and shrunken (~5 min). Drain and set aside.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, simmer briefly, then remove from heat.
Mix turkey, mushrooms, and half of cheddar in baking dish. Pour sauce, stir to combine, top with remaining cheese and parmesan.
Bake for 30 minutes until browned. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use leftover turkey for best flavor. Serve hot and enjoy!
