Instructions
Preheat pan on medium heat and preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Soak bread in milk, then mix with remaining meatball ingredients and form into uniform meatballs.
Cook meatballs in the pan until browned on all sides, then transfer to oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Whisk together sauce ingredients, pour over meatballs, and simmer briefly.
Garnish with shaved Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
