Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Stir in chopped onion and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over beef, add water, stir, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side or in oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.
Notes
For softer tortillas, microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20-30 seconds.
