Enjoy these classic, thin, and crispy Anzac cookies with a delightful coconut and oat flavor, perfect for a quick treat or afternoon snack.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C fanbake / 180°C / 350°F. Line trays with baking paper.
Mix oats, flour, and coconut in a large bowl.
Heat butter, maple syrup, and honey until melted. Remove from heat, stir in baking soda and water.
Combine wet mixture with dry ingredients. Roll teaspoon-sized balls, flatten, and place on trays.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Cool on trays before storing.
Notes
Ensure not to overbake for the crispiest texture.
