Ingredients
Cake Mix
15.25ozStrawberry Cake Mix
3largeeggs(usually required for cake mix)
0.5cupvegetable oil(usually required for cake mix)
1cupwater(usually required for cake mix)
1.5QuartsVanilla Bean Ice Cream
0.5cupFresh Strawberries(finely diced, optional)
Pink/White Sprinkles(for decorating)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two baking sheets.
Prepare the cake batter as per box instructions, fold in strawberries, spread thinly on pans, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Cool cakes, then freeze for 20 minutes. Soften ice cream at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Layer ice cream between cake layers, then freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
Cut into rectangles, decorate with sprinkles if desired, and serve.
