Instructions
Mix the non-dairy milk and vinegar; set aside.
Combine dry ingredients, then add oil and milk mixture; whisk until smooth.
Heat a greased skillet over medium-high heat.
Spoon batter onto skillet, cook until bubbles form and bottom is golden, then flip.
Cook until golden and serve hot with syrup.
