A quick and flavorful one-pan taco pasta combining ground beef, vegetables, and cheesy goodness for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

taco seasoning (low sodium)
Pasta

medium shells pasta (10 oz)

tomato paste

beef broth

water

shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat a large pan with olive oil spray over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
Add ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook for 10 minutes until beef is cooked through.
Add pasta, taco seasoning, tomato paste, broth, and water. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid reduces.
Stir in shredded cheese until melted. Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier flavor, add some hot sauce or jalapeños.
