A quick and cheesy one-pot taco pasta dish combining flavorful beef, cheeses, and pasta for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Cheese

Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)

Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes)
((can sub with ¾ cup shredded cheese))
Ground Beef

Ground Beef (85% lean)

Tablespoon
Butter

cloves
Garlic (minced)

packet Taco Seasoning

Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce

Tablespoons
Tomato paste

Beef broth
1
cup
Chicken broth

cup
Whole milk (at room temp)

can Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)

Medium pasta shells

Instructions
Cook and crumble the ground beef; drain grease.
Melt butter, add garlic; cook 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese and pasta; bring to a boil. Add pasta, cover, and cook until tender. Stir halfway.
Turn heat low, gradually stir in cheese until melted. Serve once desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Shred cheeses at room temperature for best melting. Adjust cooking time for pasta to your preferred doneness.
