Enjoy these delicious mini taco cups filled with seasoned beef, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 2 cups ground beef
  • 1 2 medium onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces diced spicy tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 7.5 ounces WHOLLY GUACAMOLE heat level of your choice
  • 1 2 cup diced tomato
  • 1 2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place tortillas in muffin pan cups and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cook beef and onion, add tomatoes, then fill tortillas and top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts. Top with guacamole and diced vegetables before serving.
