A delightful layered dessert combining fresh strawberries, fluffy cake, and creamy topping in individual cups.
Ingredients
Cake

Strawberries

fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
Prepare strawberries: rinse, hull, slice, toss with sugar and lemon juice, and let sit for 20 minutes.
Bake cake: mix dry ingredients, combine with wet ingredients, pour into pan, and bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes. Cool and cut into cubes.
Make cream: beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla until smooth; stream in heavy cream and beat to medium peaks.
Assemble cups: layer cake cubes, strawberries with syrup, and cream in each cup. Repeat layers and top with a strawberry slice and mint leaf.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries and chill the assembled cups before serving.
