Instructions
Slice strawberries, set aside 4 slices for garnish, and mix the rest with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Whip heavy cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Cube the poundcake into ¾-inch pieces.
Layer strawberries, poundcake, and whipped cream in cups, then top with remaining strawberries and whipped cream.
