Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until just combined; dough will be thick.
Use a 1½ tablespoon scoop to form cookies, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar, strawberry preserves, and half and half to make glaze.
Cool cookies, then spoon glaze over and let set before serving.
