Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries

Add-ins

  • 1 serving vanilla vegan protein powder (or oats)

Liquid

  • 1 cup dairy free milk (or water)
  • 2 tablespoons cashews
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions 

  • Measure all ingredients into a high-speed blender in the order listed.
  • Blend on high until smooth.

Notes

You can substitute water for dairy-free milk for a lighter version.
