Delicious and healthy oatmeal bars packed with fresh strawberries and bananas, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

(gluten-free if needed)

peanut butter
(can substitute with other nut or seed butter)

(mashed)

vanilla extract

strawberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
Mix oats, mashed bananas, peanut butter, and vanilla until combined. Fold in strawberries.
Spread batter evenly in the pan. Top with extra strawberries if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
