A refreshing and fruity smoothie perfect for a quick cool-down or breakfast treat.
Ingredients
Fruits and liquids

frozen strawberries
(do not thaw)

good quality lemonade
1/2
cup
vanilla or strawberry yogurt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen strawberries or ice.
