Ingredients

Fruits and liquids

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (do not thaw)
  • 1 1/2 cups good quality lemonade
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen strawberries or ice.
