A delicious and nutritious smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout refreshment.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 piece ripe banana (sliced)

Dairy & Protein

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

Liquids & Sweeteners

  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions 

  • Gather all ingredients and wash the strawberries.
  • Hull the strawberries and peel the banana.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and add honey if desired, then blend briefly again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use Greek yogurt with higher fat content.
