Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Grease a 12x8-inch dish with butter.
Mix oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Whisk eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Add milk and combine.
Stir in dry ingredients and strawberries. Pour into dish and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor. Serve with your favorite toppings!
