Instructions
Slice the flank steak into 2-inch chunks or strips across the grain.
Whisk soy sauce, Worcestershire, ginger, mustard, red pepper flakes, garlic, and honey; set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and brown for 1-2 minutes per side.
Add sauce to pan, simmer for 5 minutes until sticky and glazed.
