Instructions
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper to make the sauce.
Cube steak, marinate with half the sauce for 30 minutes.
Prepare garlic, onion, rice, and vegetables. Heat oil, cook steak, then set aside.
Stir-fry garlic and onion, add rice, vegetables, and sauce. Push to side, cook egg, then combine.
Mix in cooked steak, garnish with scallions, and serve.
Notes
Use high heat for stir-frying to prevent sticking and ensure quick cooking.
