A creamy and flavorful pasta dish combining sautéed mushrooms, wilted spinach, and Parmesan cheese for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until just under al dente, then drain and reserve half a cup of water.
Heat olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, cook until golden.
Add spinach, cook until wilted, then pour in half-and-half and simmer until slightly thickened.
Combine pasta with sauce, add parsley and Parmesan, toss well, then add reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately with optional salad and bread.
Notes
Use fresh spinach for best flavor and texture.
