6largeeggs(Protein source)
5ouncesbaby spinach(Packed with nutrients)
½mediumonion(Finely chopped)
2clovesgarlic(Minced)
½cupshredded cheese(Cheddar, mozzarella, feta, or your choice)
1tablespoonolive oil(For sautéing)
½teaspoonsalt(To taste)
¼teaspoonblack pepper(Freshly ground)

Instructions
Finely chop onion and mince garlic. Sauté onion in olive oil for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then set aside.
Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Pour into skillet with spinach mixture and scramble until just set.
Warm the wraps briefly in a skillet or microwave. Divide the egg-spinach mixture onto each wrap, sprinkle with cheese, then fold and roll.
