A delicious appetizer featuring a flavorful spinach and artichoke filling baked inside a crusty baguette.
Ingredients
Bread

large
baguette
1
cup
cream cheese (softened)
1
cup
sour cream
1
can (14 oz)
artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1
package (10 oz)
frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
2
cloves
garlic (minced)
to taste
Salt and pepper
for brushing

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cut a deep V-shaped slit on top of the baguette without cutting through completely.
Stuff the bread with the filling, pressing lightly to secure.
Brush with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Wrap the bread loosely with foil if it browns too quickly during baking.
