A delicious appetizer combining creamy spinach and artichoke dip with crispy garlic bread, perfect for sharing.

1piecebaguette
0.5tablespoonoil
1canartichoke hearts(14 oz can, drained and chopped)
1bagbaby spinach leaves(10 oz bag)
1packagecream cheese(8 oz)
1.5cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
3green onionssliced
to tasteSalt and pepper
3tablespoonsbutter
3clovesgarlic(minced)
to topParmesan cheese, grated
to topFresh basil leaves or parsley, torn
Instructions
Cut the baguette into 4 pieces, hollow out the insides, and set aside.
Cook artichokes in oil for 1 minute, then add spinach and cook until wilted. Mix in cream cheese and mozzarella until melted, then fold in green onions and season.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Stuff the bread with the dip, then slice into 1" pieces. Wrap in foil, brush with garlic butter, and bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
Top with Parmesan and torn basil or parsley, then serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional herbs or cheese before baking.
