Instructions
Cook sushi rice with water and salt until tender, then let it cool slightly.
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil into the rice, then spread onto a baking sheet to cool and crisp up.
In a bowl, combine chopped tuna with mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice.
Shape the crispy rice into small mounds, top with spicy tuna mixture, and garnish with avocado, sesame seeds, chives, and peppers.
