Instructions
Mix cumin, garlic powder, 0.25 tsp salt, chili powder, and olive oil. Toss shrimp in the mixture.
Blend avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, and 0.25 tsp salt until smooth.
Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink, about 5 minutes.
Toast rolls if desired. Spread avocado mayo on rolls. Add lettuce and 10 shrimp per sandwich. Serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped cilantro.
