Instructions
Whisk together honey, lime juice and zest, olive oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic, chili flakes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours.
Grill or pan-sear the chicken until cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side on the grill or 5–6 minutes per side in a skillet.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
