  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Mix turkey, spinach, cheese, and onion until combined.
