Ingredients

Fruits and Greens

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup spinach (loosely packed)

Dairy and liquids

  • 0.25 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Banana slices, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.25 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric

Additional liquids

  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Add liquid if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Scoop into bowls and top with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds. Serve immediately.
