A tender and flavorful beef dish cooked slowly with honey and garlic, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes

honey

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season beef with salt and pepper, then toss in olive oil.
Place beef in slow cooker, add honey, soy, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper flakes; stir gently.
Add beef broth, cover, and cook on low for 7-8 hours until tender.
Optional: stir in cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before end to thicken sauce.
Adjust seasoning, then serve over rice or noodles with sauce.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, add cornstarch slurry near the end of cooking.
