pasta (choose your favorite shape; cook until just shy of al dente)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil pasta until just shy of al dente, then drain.
Cook diced chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Sauté garlic briefly.
Simmer heavy cream and chicken broth for 5 minutes, then stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
Mix pasta, chicken, and sauce; transfer to baking dish. Top with mozzarella and bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
