  • 1 avocado sliced

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, lime juice, and salt to make the sauce; set aside.
  • Season shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
