A delicious and easy shrimp salad served in fresh buns, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

shrimp (clean and without shell)

Instructions
Cook the shrimp in boiling water until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, green onion, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add cooked shrimp to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly.
Slice the hot dog buns and spread mayonnaise inside each bun. Fill with the shrimp salad mixture.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the shrimp salad before serving.
