1largelemon (total of 2 lemons for the whole recipe)
3/4cupmayonnaise
1largelemon zested
2tablespoonslemon juice
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper (optional)
1/4cupminced fresh dill (about 1/2 bunch)
1/2cupchopped chives (about 1 bunch)
1cupminced celery (about 2 stalks)
1/4cupfinely chopped red onion (about 1/4 of an onion)
2headsbutter leaf lettuce (washed, separate leaves)
Instructions
Cook and peel the shrimp, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, lemon zest, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, dill, chives, celery, and red onion.
Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve on washed butter leaf lettuce leaves.
