  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Large Tomato
  • 1 cup Lettuce Leaves (or Rucola)
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn

Main Ingredient

  • 1 cup Shredded Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

  • teaspoon Black Pepper Ground

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Dice the onion, cucumber, and tomato; chop lettuce or rucola; keep shredded beef ready.
  • Combine all vegetables, corn, and beef in a bowl.
