  • 1/4 cup chives ((15 g), finely chopped)

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; whisk together.
  • Add cold butter to the mixture and work into coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in milk, then fold in cheese, bacon, and chives.
  • Knead dough gently, shape into a circle, and cut out rounds.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly and serve warm.
