A hearty and delicious breakfast casserole featuring turkey sausage, hash browns, and cheese, perfect for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 lb turkey sausage
  • 1.5 cups whole milk or heavy cream
  • 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Brown sausage in a skillet, drain grease, and set aside.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Layer hash browns, sausage, and cheese in the baking dish, then pour egg mixture on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
