Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté red bell pepper and zucchini for 5 minutes until softened.
Add cooked sausage; cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
Stir in corn and chili powder; cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
